As the Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand narrative, product positioning, and marketing strategy for a fast-growing digital-first D2C brand. Your responsibilities will include: - **Brand Vision & Strategic Leadership**: - Define and execute a compelling brand vision that resonates with today's conscious, digital-first consumer. - Craft differentiated brand positioning and integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives. - Drive brand storytelling across platforms to deepen emotional resonance and build long-term brand equity. - **Product Strategy & Market Innovation**: - Partner with the Product & R&D teams to influence the product roadmap based on market insights, customer needs, and category trends. - Own the Go-to-Market strategy for new product launches with a focus on impact, innovation, and speed-to-market. - Ensure continuous innovation and relevance through consumer and competitor intelligence. - **Omnichannel Marketing & Content Ecosystem**: - Lead and orchestrate brand presence across digital, social, performance, influencer, PR, and offline touchpoints. - Build an ecosystem of high-impact campaigns integrating content, commerce, and community to drive conversion and retention. - Ensure seamless execution across owned, earned, and paid media channels. - **Influencer, PR & Strategic Alliances**: - Cultivate long-term partnerships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors aligned with brand values. - Develop strategic media and PR alliances to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership. - Own the brand's voice in public, press, and partner-facing conversations. - **Performance, SEO & Growth Marketing**: - Drive collaboration with performance and SEO teams to ensure brand-led growth in organic and paid channels. - Guide the creation of marketing assets and campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and acquisition. - Integrate brand marketing with growth goals through measurable KPIs. - **Leadership & Team Development**: - Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team of creatives, marketers, growth specialists, PR, and brand strategists. - Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and accountability. - Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, Marketplace, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate for this role will have 6-12 years of progressive experience in brand and marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role. You should have a proven track record of building and scaling brands within D2C, personal care, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors. A deep understanding of brand building in a digital ecosystem, coupled with strong acumen in consumer psychology and emerging trends, is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills to excel in this position.,
