Job Description

Activities with Scope of Work - Brand Marketing Lead:


Awards: Frequency - Daily

  • This is an ongoing activity throughout the year. At any given point, we are enter an award or prepare for future awards. Applicant will be involved in evaluating entries along with the in-house jury, collaborating with in-house jury and teams/individuals to ensure timely deliveries, editing entry write-ups, coordinating with award vendors, finance etc.
  • Uploading case studies to our YT case studies handle and updating the awards tracker.


Social Media: Frequency – Daily

  • Posting/reposting on social media handles typically 3-4 times a week, and often daily depending on our activities and achievements. Includes writing posts and collaborating with the design team to getting any creatives made. Also responding to any queries that come via message on LinkedIn.


Website – Weekly

  • Taking care of all website updates, including adding latest achievements to the updates and work sections as well as any other changes needed. Typically 3-4 updates a month.
  • Going through queries received through the website and sending those to the relevant Business/Location heads. Approximately 4-6 relevant queries a month.


Ad-hoc requests - Weekly

  • Writing/editing case studies for awards purposes or for other platforms, client testimonials, spokespersons quotes/client-focused newsletter emails etc. which come from time to time. Reviewing AV scripts as and when needed. Facilitating delegate registration for few events in the year like iMedia, Goafest etc.


Events - Monthly

  • Coordinating with event organizers and our speakers/jury members.


Press Releases/Detailed interviews/Articles: Frequency - Monthly

  • Writing and editing 1-2 press releases/long-form interviews/articles per month.


Industry reports: Frequency - Quarterly

  • Article writing and PPT editing for 3-4 social listening/industry reports a year.


Paid LinkedIn campaigns – Quarterly

  • Coordinating with the Creative team and Media team for promotional campaigns post any major award win.


Great Place to Work certification - Annually

  • Writing the Culture Audit Report for our Great Place to Work Certification


Campaign South Asia awards & Media Ace awards – Annually

  • Preparing 4-5 detailed entries for Campaign South Asia including extensive collaboration with multiple teams for inputs. Preparing detailed entries for E4M Media Ace.


Trade shows - Annually

  • End-to-end coordination for events like IAMAI India Digital Summit, including liaisoning with organizers for booth setup, teams and clients/influencers etc. for speaker opportunities, creation of AVs/reels etc. and miscellaneous support on event days.


SEO - Annually

  • Coordinating with the SEO team to get recommendations for website and implementing these.
