About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development, growth, and end-to-end management of our cosmetic brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand positioning, product marketing, consumer insights, and 360° campaign execution to strengthen brand equity and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Develop and implement strong brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Define and maintain the brand’s identity, tone of voice, visual guidelines, and positioning in the beauty market.
  • Identify new market opportunities, category gaps, and emerging beauty trends.
  • Product & Innovation
  • Lead product development from concept to launch (NPD), including consumer insights, formulation direction, packaging, pricing, and USPs.
  • Collaborate with R&D, packaging, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product rollout.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and maintain a pulse on global beauty innovations.
  • Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute 360° brand campaigns (digital, social, influencer, offline, retail, e-commerce).
  • Craft compelling brand stories and communication strategies across platforms.
  • Work closely with the creative team to deliver high-quality content, packaging, and visual assets.
  • Consumer & Market Insights
  • Use market research, sales data, and consumer behavior analysis to guide decisions.
  • Track category trends and translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
  • Conduct post-campaign and post-launch performance analyses.
  • Business & P&L Management
  • Drive brand profitability by tracking budgets, forecasting, and optimizing spends.
  • Monitor sales performance across channels (Modern Trade, E-Commerce, GT, D2C).
  • Define annual brand plans, growth targets, and marketing calendars.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work with sales, supply chain, R&D, finance, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Align stakeholders on brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead brand training sessions for internal teams and channel partners.

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 8–10 years of experience in brand management; cosmetics/personal care/FMCG experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and brand-led growth.

Working Conditions

  • Environment: Office setting
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday
