As the Branch Manager, your role is pivotal in strategizing sales, enhancing customer experiences, and managing local branch operations to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. You play a significant role in steering the sales team towards achieving set targets and enhancing the overall performance of the branch. - Sales Planning - Set long-term objectives and outline steps necessary to hit sales goals, ensuring the branch's competitive edge and operational efficiency. - Examine market trends, project sales outcomes, and align branch goals with the company's broader strategy for sustainable growth. - Sales Forecasting - Anticipate future sales volumes through the analysis of historical sales data and current market conditions. - Use insights to support strategic planning of marketing initiatives, resource distribution, and set achievable sales targets to enhance branch performance and profitability. - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Establish and nurture strong customer relationships by utilizing CRM tools to scrutinize customer interactions and data. - Facilitate personalized service and tailored sales approaches, fostering repeat business and referrals. - Support to Market Analysis - Evaluate sales figures and market trends to pinpoint opportunities for revenue enhancement and operational improvements. - Adjust marketing strategies based on consumer demand forecasts to ensure the branch's adaptability and responsiveness to market changes. - Engineering Graduate - Minimum 7-9 years of experience in sales of industrial products, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role. - Proven success in developing and executing business strategies resulting in substantial revenue growth. - Exposure in handling regional/zonal sales. - Ability to connect well with top-level executives of other companies and lead from the front. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. - Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions. - Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
