About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Field Marketing Executive to promote our products and services, generate leads, and support sales activities in the Kochi region. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to work in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing activities to generate leads and brand awareness
• Visit residential, commercial, and institutional clients
• Explain company products and services clearly to potential customers
• Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and lead conversion
• Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
• Maintain daily field activity reports and update management
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team

Requirements

• Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
• Experience: 0–2 years (Marketing or fieldwork experience preferred, not compulsory)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with field visits and client interactions
• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
