Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager at Royal Enan Security Services Private Limited, located in Hyderabad. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee daily operations within the branch, manage the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive the branch’s revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with potential clients, meeting sales targets, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires efficient handling of inquiries, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to align objectives. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills to generate leads, achieve targets, and maintain client relationships Leadership and Team Management skills to oversee a sales team and ensure optimum performance Analytical and Strategic Thinking skills to analyze market trends, devise effective sales strategies, and resolve challenges Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions Organizational and Time Management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is an advantage A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience will also be considered Experience in the security services industry is preferred but not required
