Branch Manager – Sales

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive branch sales targets for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
  • Develop and execute local sales strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, closures, and conversions.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and relationship executives.
  • Set clear KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching.
  • Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity of the sales team.

Channel Partner & Developer Management

  • Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and developers.
  • Conduct CP meets, project briefings, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure proper lead allocation and follow-ups through CRM.

Customer Experience & Closures

  • Oversee customer interactions from lead generation to booking and documentation.
  • Support the team in negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with CRM, legal, and finance teams.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS and forecasts.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, RERA guidelines, and compliance norms.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team-handling abilities
  • Proven track record in real estate sales closures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Good understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting
  • Strong local market knowledge of

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
