Liaise with local authorities for approvals, clearances, and compliance. Implement best practices in green building, water management, renewable energy, and eco-friendly construction. Lead project documentation and maintain records for contracts, permits, and change orders. Foster communication among cross-functional teams and promote a culture of transparency and accountability. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Passion for sustainability and interest in regenerative practices.
