Role Overview:

Senior Bench Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Market and place IT consultants with different visa types across direct clients and vendors.
Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, and tier-1 partners.
Handle complete Bench Sales cycle: sourcing, submitting profiles, rate negotiation, scheduling interviews, and closing deals.
Maintain a strong pipeline of requirements from clients and vendor partners.
Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure smooth onboarding and placement.
Track daily submissions, interview updates, and placement reports.
Ensure timely communication with consultants and manage their expectations.

Required Skills & Experience:

3–7 years of experience in
US IT Bench Sales
(Manager/Sr. Level).
Strong knowledge of
H1B, OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, GC, TN, US Citizen
profiles.
Hands-on experience working with
Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, and Vendors
.
Excellent negotiation, communication & relationship-building skills.
Experience in handling multiple consultants at a time.
Ability to achieve monthly closures and meet performance targets.
