Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various IT roles, particularly within the BFSI sector, on W2/FTE requirements. This onsite position is open to candidates residing near Sec-62, Noida. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to candidate placement, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients to understand their hiring needs, provide updates, and deliver top-quality candidates. Sourcing & Screening: Leverage job boards (Monster, Dice), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), and advanced Boolean search techniques to identify and attract top talent for various IT roles. ATS Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ceipal) to manage candidate progress, post job listings, and maintain accurate recruitment data. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, job market conditions, and best recruitment practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Reporting & Documentation: Keep thorough records of recruitment activities, prepare reports on recruitment metrics, and handle documentation related to candidate placements. Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and other team members to align on client requirements, recruitment strategies, and performance targets. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of US IT recruitment experience with a successful track record in full-cycle recruitment for positions like Databricks Architect, Java Developer (API & Microservices), Java Developer (MongoDB & AWS), and Mainframe Assembler. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using job boards (Monster, Dice) and social media platforms for sourcing. Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Ceipal) and a solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, EAD, Green Card). Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with both clients and candidates.
