Role and Responsibilities: Coordinates activities related to Human Resources administrative and management support as well as some Talent Acquisition support . Essential Functions Human Resources (Primary): Hiring Recruiters, account managers, BDM etc. Assist with scanning employee files into electronic records system.. Data entry of new employee information into Greythr in alignment with targeted start dates. Assists with employee status changes for transfers, promos, and terminations. Coordinates additional onboarding tasks for arrival of new employees. Is the primary point of contact for new hire orientation for Human Resources. Act as back-up support in other areas when needed. Other duties as assigned by Director or Senior Director of HR. Talent Acquisition: • Will review new employee files to ensure they will meet audit requirements. • May be asked to assist in collecting, reviewing and tracking new employee on-boarding documentation. • May also be asked to assist with following up with new employees regarding pending/incomplete onboarding tasks. Computer Skills: Greythr experience preferred. MS Office (Word, Excel) required. Must be passionate about details, ability to multi-task and work with deadlines. Works well independently but also functions well on a collaborative team Able to maintain confidentiality.
