Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Associate at TopGear Consultants Pvt Ltd located in Mumbai- (Bhandup).
The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for hiring, communication, interviewing, recruiting, and screening candidates for various positions.
The associate will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and assist in finding the right candidates.

Qualifications

Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience in screening and assessing candidates.
Understanding of recruitment best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in human resources or related field
Experience in the executive search and recruitment industry is a plus.
