Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisal, promotion, transfer, retirement etc.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act & other labour laws.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave records and payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee grievances and concerns.
  • Provide support in implementing company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in pharmaceutical industry).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using technology-based tools for HR operations.
