Job Description

upporting the HR department with administrative tasks, recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR policies and projects

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Post and remove job listings on various platforms.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
    • Assist in the onboarding process, preparing materials and coordinating new hire orientation.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Update and maintain employee records and databases.
    • Handle HR-related data entry, filing, and document management.
    • Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement & Development:

    • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
    • Assist with developing and implementing training programs.
  • Projects & Analysis:

    • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
    • Research and gather data on market salaries or best HR practices.
    • Contribute to suggestions for improving HR policies and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Skills:

    Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is generally required.
  • Experience:

    A background in human resources or a related field, with a bachelor's degree or pursuit thereof, is typically preferred.
  • Attributes:

    The ability to work independently, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical conduct and confidentiality are crucial for success.
