Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing Skills

  Ability to search and shortlist candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

• Interview Coordination

  Scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and managing communication.

• HR Documentation

  – Preparing offer letters, maintaining employee records, and handling onboarding paperwork.

• MS Office Proficiency

  – Skilled in Excel (trackers), Word (letters), and PowerPoint (presentations).

• Database Management

  – Maintaining and updating candidate and employee information accurately.

• Knowledge of HR Tools

  – Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, or recruitment dashboards (added advantage).

  – Clear verbal and written communication for candidate and stakeholder interaction.
