Job Description
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination. Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Coordinate with vendors for facility management, housekeeping, and pantry services
Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies and stationery
Handle ID card issuance, access control, and employee travel arrangements
Skill/Knowledge
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to manage both HR and administrative responsibilities.
Approachable, team-oriented.
