Job Opportunity HR Associate (Onboarding & Employee Support)

Role Overview

HR Associate Onboarding & Employee Support

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Support

Organize and coordinate onboarding activities including induction sessions, onboarding materials, and system/account setups.
Act as first-level SPOC for new joiners, addressing basic queries, providing guidance, and supporting with insurance-related assistance.

Documentation & Data Management

Collect and verify required employee documents (ID proofs, compliance forms, etc.) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Maintain data in compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Employee Queries & Grievances

Address employee queries regarding policies, payroll, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Escalate grievances where necessary and support in timely resolution.

Training Coordination

Schedule and coordinate training sessions, send reminders, and ensure training materials are available.

Compliance & Reporting

Maintain proper documentation as per statutory and company standards.
Generate regular
MIS reports
on onboarding, employee support, and attrition insights.

Exit & Attrition Management

Support exit formalities and ensure a smooth process for outgoing associates.
Conduct exit interviews/calls, analyze attrition data, and prepare monthly reports for management.

Key Skills Required

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability and empathy in handling employee concerns
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of HR processes, compliance, and labor laws
Ability to multitask and manage sensitive employee data with confidentiality
