Role Overview

HR Associate Onboarding & Employee Support

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Support

  • Organize and coordinate onboarding activities including induction sessions, onboarding materials, and system/account setups.
  • Act as first-level SPOC for new joiners, addressing basic queries, providing guidance, and supporting with insurance-related assistance.

Documentation & Data Management

  • Collect and verify required employee documents (ID proofs, compliance forms, etc.) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain data in compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Employee Queries & Grievances

  • Address employee queries regarding policies, payroll, benefits, and workplace concerns.
  • Escalate grievances where necessary and support in timely resolution.

Training Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, send reminders, and ensure training materials are available.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain proper documentation as per statutory and company standards.
  • Generate regular

    MIS reports

    on onboarding, employee support, and attrition insights.

Exit & Attrition Management

  • Support exit formalities and ensure a smooth process for outgoing associates.
  • Conduct exit interviews/calls, analyze attrition data, and prepare monthly reports for management.

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and empathy in handling employee concerns
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, compliance, and labor laws
  • Ability to multitask and manage sensitive employee data with confidentiality
