Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support in overall recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.

2. Maintain hiring dashboards, track open positions, and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

1. Ensure smooth joining, documentation, and induction for new hires

2. Manage employee records, transfers, confirmations, and exits.

3. Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and exit clearance.

1. Roll out HR initiatives from central teams (TA, L&D, C&B) in the region.

2. Conduct HR communication sessions and policy awareness drives.

3. Handle employee queries and grievances with timely resolution.

1. Oversee day-to-day office functioning, housekeeping, maintaining clean, safe & healthy workplace

2. Ensure timely availability of office supplies and utilities.

3. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth operations.

1. Manage travel, accommodation, and logistics for senior visitors (CEO, CHRO, CFO, etc.)

2. Coordinate local transportation and meeting arrangements.
