Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Lead site execution teams for high rise building projects (residential) in Mumbai. Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall project performance. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management with a focus on high rise buildings (residential). Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards for residential construction. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors etc.
