Roles and Responsibilities: Manage document control processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely submission and delivery of documents. Maintain and regularly update a database of project-related documents, including drawings, reports, and correspondence. Develop and implement efficient document management systems to enhance workflow and organizational effectiveness. Provide administrative support for site coordination and related documentation activities. Prepare and maintain inward and outward document registers using Excel. Handle hardcopy document mapping and filing with proficiency and attention to detail. Copy, scan, and securely store both physical and digital documents. Manage internal document flow to ensure seamless communication and document availability. Proficient in reading and writing English for effective documentation and communication. Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Desired Candidate Profile: 13 years of experience in document control or a related field. Knowledge of AutoCAD software is required; familiarity with other CAD programs is an added advantage. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
