In terms of Safety and Emergency Response, your duties include: - Reporting emergency situations, such as vehicle accidents or breakdowns, immediately to the QHSE Manager and Journey Management Coordinator. - Ensuring compliance with safety protocols in coordination with the safety team and relevant stakeholders. For Document and Invoice Management, you will be responsible for: - Accurately entering purchase invoices and related data into the company's database system. - Verifying invoice details to ensure alignment with purchase orders and contracts. - Maintaining records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for audit and reconciliation purposes. In Leave and Schedule Management, your tasks involve: - Forecasting driver needs during holidays and special events to prevent disruptions in delivery schedules. - Informing line managers for annual leave approvals and coordinating with HR for sick leave processing. - Ensuring proper maintenance of records for driver leave requests.
