Roles & Responsibilities Manage and maintain all company documents including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports. Organize and archive both physical and digital documents for easy retrieval. Ensure proper version control and track document revisions. Distribute documents to project teams, clients, and contractors. Ensure timely delivery of documents while maintaining confidentiality. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and other teams for document flow. Support project managers by ensuring all required documents are available. Maintain an efficient document retrieval system for audits and inspections. Handle incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring proper logging and distribution. Ensure safe archiving and long-term storage of project documentation. Use document management software such as SharePoint, Aconex, or Procore. Generate reports on document status, revisions, pending approvals, and compliance. Provide training on document management practices and systems. Preferred Experience Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, or Infrastructure projects. Exposure to multidisciplinary engineering environments. Experience handling technical and regulated documentation.
