Job Description

Job Responsibility:

Source and screen candidates from platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed/Other sourcing platforms
Conduct first-level HR interviews to evaluate communication, attitude, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
Maintain and update hiring trackers, JIRA boards, and candidate documentation
Assist with onboarding tasks such as collecting documents, coordinating welcome kits, and conducting induction calls
Help execute internal HR initiatives employee engagement, survey rollouts, and policy communication
Provide day-to-day support in HR operations, documentation, and audit readiness

Specification / Skills / Experience:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Familiarity with sourcing platforms, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Meet), and/or JIRA
Self-driven with a proactive attitude toward learning and ownership
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
