Job Description

  • Manage Letter of Intent (LOI) preparation and document verification for new hires.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely completion of pre-joining formalities.
  • Oversee onboarding activities and ensure a seamless joining experience for new employees.
  • Maintain and monitor attendance records and support payroll inputs.
  • Handle employee queries promptly and maintain transparent communication between HR and
  • staff.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and organize HR events.
  • Assist in HR reporting and data analysis for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with HR processes and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or onboarding coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
