Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy. Provide support in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics. Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts through effective communication.

Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in planning engineering or a related field (civil engineering background preferred).
