Retail HR Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for store staff, optometrists, and retail leadership
Mandatory store-level HR experience: managing teams across multiple outlets
Track daily attendance, leaves, late marks, and generate HR MIS
Coordinate payroll inputs and monthly incentive calculations
Handle onboarding, documentation, and labour compliance
Conduct regular store visits and address HR queries or grievances
Support performance reviews and training programs
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
Work closely with Area Managers & Store Managers for manpower planning

Requirements:

Mandatory:
Experience in Retail HR (fashion, eyewear, lifestyle, QSR, hospitality retail)
Strong communication and people-management skills
Ability to handle high-volume hiring and store-level HR ops
Knowledge of payroll inputs, attendance systems, and incentive structures
Attention to detail, high ownership, and strong follow-through
Proficiency in HR documentation, audits, and MIS reporting
