RoboTech JOB DESCRIPTION   Sales / Operations Manager: Job Summary  A high-level overview of the General Manager's primary role, focusing on overall business direction and performance. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and drive growth.  Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across various departments, ensuring efficiency and alignment with objectives.  Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and control expenses to ensure profitability.  Leadership & Team Development: Lead, motivate, and mentor managers and employees, fostering a productive and high-performing work environment.  Business Development: Identify new opportunities, expand markets, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.  Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.  Performance Monitoring: Analyze data, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular reports on operational and financial performance for senior leadership.  Qualifications  Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Years of experience in a senior management or operational role.  Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proven ability in financial management and strategic planning. Preferred: Master's degree (e.g., MBA). Experience in a similar industry or for a similar-sized company. Skills  Strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and project management. Reporting Structure  Clearly state who the General Manager reports to (e.g., Board of Directors, CEO). Metrics for Success  Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will be used to evaluate the General Manager's performance. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Hiring: Oversee the recruitment process, including advertising jobs, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. Process Optimization: Analyze and improve sales workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.  CRM Management: Oversee and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and user experience.  Data Analysis: Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.  Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain sales forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.  Automation Implementation: Identify and implement automation tools to streamline sales processes.  Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop and implement training programs, Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams to improve skills and knowledge.  Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices is also crucial.       ·        Hindi and English Communication skills mandatory.
