Job Description

RoboTech Telecalling Job Description : · Key Responsibilities: · Contacting potential and existing customers: Making outbound calls to identify and engage with leads, and answering incoming calls from customers. · Understanding customer needs: Identifying customer requirements through questioning and active listening to tailor product/service recommendations. · Presenting products/services: Communicating features and benefits of products or services to potential customers. · Handling inquiries and resolving issues: Addressing customer questions and concerns, and providing appropriate solutions. · Closing sales: Persuading customers to make purchases, negotiate prices, and finalize transactions. · Managing customer relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. · Meeting sales targets: Achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas. · Maintaining accurate records: Documenting calls, sales, and customer interactions in a database. · Following scripts and guidelines: Adhering to pre-written scripts and company procedures. · Upselling and cross-selling: Suggesting additional products or services to existing customers. · Collaborating with other teams: Working with field sales teams and customer service teams. · Skills and Qualifications: · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers. · Persuasion and negotiation skills: Ability to influence customers and close deals. · Problem-solving skills: Ability to address customer issues and find solutions. · Strong listening skills: Ability to understand customer needs and preferences. · Knowledge of product/service offerings: Understanding of the company's products and services. · Computer proficiency: Ability to use CRM software and other computer applications. · Time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. · Ability to work under pressure: Ability to meet sales targets and handle a high volume of calls. · Hindi and English Communication skills mandatory.
