Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Telecaller to generate sales/leads or promote services by calling potential customers. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain products/services and their benefits to customers. Generate leads or convert leads into sales. Maintain customer database and update call records. Follow up on previous calls and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
