Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee our Navi Mumbai operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall functioning of the branch, ensuring seamless service delivery, statutory compliance, and client satisfaction while driving profitability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Take complete ownership of branch operations including manpower deployment, client coordination, billing, and documentation.Lead and motivate a team of field officers, operations executives, and support staff.Ensure timely recruitment, training, and deployment of security personnel as per client requirements.Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients; address escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.Ensure 100% compliance with statutory norms including PF, ESIC, wages, and labour laws.Drive business growth through effective service delivery and upselling opportunities.Monitor and control branch expenses while meeting profitability targets.Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.Submit accurate and timely MIS reports to the senior management.Coordinate with head office teams (HR, Accounts, Compliance, etc.) for smooth operations.

Eligibility & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).Minimum 8 years of experience in branch/operations management, preferably in the security services, facility management, or manpower outsourcing industry.Strong leadership, people management, and client servicing skills.Sound knowledge of compliance and statutory regulations.Proven ability to handle large-scale manpower operations.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
