Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement:

  • Achieve branch targets for personal loan sourcing and disbursements.
  • Own end-to-end sales strategy and execution to grow loan volumes profitably.

DSA Channel Management:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage DSA channel partners (connectors, agents).
  • Organize regular training, performance reviews, and incentive programs for channel partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all channel partner communication and support.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales team.
  • Conduct coaching sessions, set individual targets, and drive team productivity.

Branch Operations & Reporting:

  • Monitor branch KPIs: lead conversion, loan pipeline, login-to-disbursement ratios, and collection quality.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports and forecast updates for senior management.

Business Expansion & Market Engagement:

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and local outreach to maximize customer acquisition.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, corporates, and referral partners to generate new leads.

Compliance & Quality Control:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, RBI/NBFC compliance standards, and KYC guidelines.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and apply corrective actions to contain delinquency and risk.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  • MBA/PGDM (Sales, Marketing, Finance) is a strong plus.

Experience:

  • 2+ years in personal loan sales, preferably in NBFCs or banks, with focus on DSA channel sales.
  • Proven team handling experience with a track record of achieving targets.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong DSA channel management capability and network cultivation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, field-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MIS reporting, and sales analytics.
