Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient loan processing and customer service.
  • Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on lead generation, conversion rates, and target achievement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through cross-selling of products such as LAP (Loan Against Property).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to lending practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by resolving their queries and concerns promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-12 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in BFSI sector.
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and ability to generate leads effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and customer interaction.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
