Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Kolkata. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring business growth, and achieving enrollment targets in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive student enrollments. You will also monitor performance, analyze data, and develop actionable insights to improve the branch's overall performance and profitability.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills to effectively motivate and manage a team towards achieving common goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation and the ability to derive actionable insights.
Sales and marketing skills, with experience in planning and executing strategies to drive enrollment growth.
Customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and relationship building.
Experience in the education sector and understanding of competitive exam preparation processes is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, education, or a related field.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet organizational goals effectively.

PROFESSIONALS FROM COACHING INDUSTRY WITH SIMILAR EXPERIENCE ARE PREFERRED.
