Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Payal for a Branch Manager at Aditya Birla Money Limited. The Branch Manager will oversee and manage branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, providing leadership to branch staff, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role involves monitoring market trends, building client relationships, and ensuring the efficient performance of the branch to meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, develop business strategies, and expand client relationships.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in managing teams, mentoring staff, and driving performance through strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Customer Focus: Proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service and handling client inquiries and escalations effectively.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of financial products, investment trends, and compliance requirements within the securities and financial services industry.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to address operational challenges with practical solutions.
  • Experience: Proven background in financial services, brokerage, or related industries is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., NISM certification) is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
