Role Description

As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the efficient operations of our Hosur branch, ensuring organizational goals and customer satisfaction are achieved. This full-time, on-site role includes managing day-to-day branch activities, leading and mentoring staff, ensuring achievement of financial targets, addressing customer needs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies. The role also involves fostering client relationships to promote business growth and identifying new opportunities to expand the branch's reach.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management abilities to effectively supervise and motivate staff.
Proficiency in banking operations, customer relationship management, and financial planning.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards as defined by the RBI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and sustain strong professional relationships.
Analytical skills and attention to detail in managing branch operations and financial goals.
Relevant experience in the financial industry and familiarity with MSME lending is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
