Job Description

We are conducting Mega Walkin Drive at Meerut Regional Office from 10th July,25 to 12th July,25 for Branch Head role

Job Location : Sewri, Andheri, DN nagar, Bhandup, Santacruz, Jankalyan Nagar, Chunabatti, Dahisar, Mazgoan

Required Candidate profile

# Minimum 3 years of experience in Banks or any Finance companies (Not from Insurance sector).

# Team Handling.

# Currently working in a managerial grade.

# Age must be above 31 years.

# Male & Female candidates are both eligible.

Achieving the allotted branch target.
Acquiring new customers and addressing all product inquiries through branch walk-ins, sales activities, marketing promotions, etc.
Regular follow-up for interest collection and NPA reduction.
Responsible for regular branch operations including KYC process, gold appraisal, strong room operations, gold packet preparation, closures and renewals.
Cross-selling all products and increasing branch walk-ins.
Ensuring error-free audit reports and proper compliance at the branch.
Maintaining punctuality, discipline and a high level of morality in line with the ethics & values of the company.
Cost control.
Other duties as instructed by higher authority.
