Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the

  entire branch operations

• Oversee and guide the

• Ensure smooth day-to-day

  administration and operational efficiency

  across all departments.
• Maintain and nurture

• Develop and implement branch-level business strategies aligned with company goals.
  
• Drive revenue growth through business development, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
  
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls for the branch.
  
• Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to ensure strong leadership succession and performance culture.
  
• Coordinate with senior management and other branches to ensure alignment of business objectives and brand standards.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and operational guidelines.
  

Requirements

• 13-15 years of experience

  in branch management, business operations, or regional leadership roles.
• Strong background in

  sales leadership
