Client Relationship Management: Engage with clients to understand their pest control needs and offer tailored solutions. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to promote pest control services. 3. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve collective and individual targets. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
