Job Description of Branch Manager is enclosed below Position-

? Responsible for business development of financial products viz. Equity, Derivatives, Currency.

? Experience in Government Sector Liaisoning for financial products

? Responsible for managing assigned business activities, initiatives and related operations to achieve business plans and profitability of the branch.

? Preparing monthly MIS reports.

? Build and sustain a mature and knowledgeable team.

? Create environment to foster team work, professional development, and high level of employee satisfaction.

? Lead and build multiple Financial Products brand like - Derivatives, Commodities, Arbitrage, RTA, Initial Public Offer (IPO), Depository Participant & Mutual Funds performance driven culture of integrity and compliance.

? Take ownership of customer satisfaction opportunities and drive loyalty strategies to grow.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and risk guidelines

Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, NSE/BSE, and other regulatory standards.

Monitor trading activities and mitigate risks.

Conduct regular audits for operational transparency and compliance.

Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
