Key Responsibilities Act as the primary technical liaison for customers, ensuring successful integration an implementation of the ArcSpan AMS Platform and audience tools suite. Lead technical onboarding and training for new customers, providing best practices for data ingestion, activation, and audience monetization. Partner with Customer Success teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a smooth post-sales experience. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into actionable product improvements and feature requests.
