Role & responsibilities Support the Project Manager in preparing project schedules, plans, and task allocations. Coordinate day-to-day activities with internal technical teams to ensure work is progressing as planned. Track project milestones, prepare internal progress reports, and highlight delays or issues for timely resolution. Maintain and organize project documentation including drawings, test reports, and project records. Follow up with different departments (engineering, procurement, testing, commissioning) to ensure timely delivery of inputs. Technical responsible for ensuring that the tender and project requirements are met. Assist in quality checks and verification of deliverables before internal approvals. Escalate issues to the Project Manager as required for decision-making. Provide administrative and logistic support during project execution phases (such as scheduling reviews, arranging resources, and maintaining records). Preferred candidate profile Good understanding of SCADA and power automation systems . Experience in project execution support and coordination in the Power, Utilities, or Automation domain . Good understanding of communication protocols such as IEC 60870, IEC 61850, and DNP3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel . Good analytical and problem-solving approach. Strong communication and team coordination skills. Ability to work under guidance and deliver within timelines.
