Job Description

  • We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Tech) in the Amazon DSP team for the India market
  • The north star of the team is to make ADSP the partner of choice for our customers as they seek to achieve their performance marketing and branding objectives
  • You will be responsible for scaling Ad s product capability in line with the business growth aspirations
  • Seeking individuals who can be hands on, think big, create structure and effectiveness in ambiguity, draw on their deep dive understanding of the digital Ads landscape
  • You will work with a dedicated engineering team and will heavily collaborate with WW Ads and India sales & account management stakeholders
  • You will manage the complete business of your product area including establishing key metrics, setting and meeting goals on business/product metrics, advertiser engagement, and retention
  • You will be driving key business and CX metrics like advertising revenue, ads utilization and relevance
  • You will engage with other key teams in India Ads like Demand, Marketing, Sales and Account Management teams
  • Beyond these, you will have ample opportunities to interact and influence WW Product, Tech, Applied Science teams
  • Develop a Product Roadmap: Define and communicate a long-term strategy and roadmap for Amazon DSP, aligning with broader organizational growth objectives.
  • Lead Strategic Growth Initiatives: Drive core initiatives to improve quality of advertiser outcomes, measure them and maximize advertiser ROI through innovative and programmatic solutions.
  • Establish Competitive Differentiation: Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to ensure our offerings are ahead of industry standards and address the evolving needs of advertisers.
  • Drive Product Innovation: Conceptualize and lead the development of ad solutions, including advanced targeting, bidding, measurement and personalized ad experiences that attract high-value users at scale.
  • Influence Cross-Functional Teams: Partner closely with engineering, marketing, sales and GTM, leading complex projects and aligning stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Advanced Data-Driven Strategy: Set high-level metrics for success and lead data-driven optimizations, analyzing performance to make strategic adjustments and improve cost efficiency, user retention, and long term value.
  • Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate vision, progress, and results to executive stakeholders, and build alignment around the product
