Job Description

BD is looking for Manager, People Analytics and Insights to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement people analytics strategies to drive business growth.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align people initiatives with business objectives.
Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management and succession planning.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems using data-driven insights.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of people analytics tools and technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
