Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong technical background. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other portals , and proven skills in lead generation, client communication, and account management . This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing business strategies, and closing sales to meet company objectives. Key Responsibilities Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
