Key Responsibilities Strategy & Growth Ownership • Build and own full-funnel growth strategies for D2C and eCommerce brands across Meta, Google, and allied channels • Create quarterly and annual growth roadmaps with clear budget planning, funnel structure, and scale milestones • Identify growth levers across acquisition, retention, CRO, and experimentation • Provide strategic direction on creative messaging, hooks, offers, and content required for scale Performance Execution & Optimization • Lead execution of high-budget campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and Paid Social • Conduct deep performance audits to identify bottlenecks and unlock efficiency gains • Drive structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages • Own core metrics including ROAS, CAC, revenue growth, and profitability Analytics, Forecasting & Insights • Build and maintain advanced dashboards and insight-led monthly/quarterly review decks • Translate complex data into clear actions and next-step strategies • Manage forecasting, budget allocation, pacing, and scenario planning • Ensure clean tracking via GA4, UTMs, tagging, and attribution models Client Leadership & Business Ownership • Act as a strategic partner for key D2C clients, representing Intent Farm’s performance expertise • Lead review calls, present insights, manage expectations, and influence decision-making • Build long-term relationships rooted in transparency and data-driven growth • Advise clients beyond ads—covering CRO, retention, landing pages, CRM, and creative strategy Team Leadership & Mentorship • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketers and associates • Set clear processes, testing frameworks, and optimization checklists • Run skill assessments, training sessions, and individual growth plans • Ensure consistent quality, timely execution, and smooth cross-team collaboration Requirements • 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with strong D2C exposure • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, especially Search, Shopping, and Paid Social • Proven experience scaling D2C brands from early-stage to multi-crore monthly revenue • Strong analytical skills with GA4, Looker Studio, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets • Solid understanding of funnels, CRO, remarketing, and landing page performance • Ability to build and present high-level strategies and performance narratives • Experience managing high-budget accounts in a fast-paced agency environment • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Good to Have • Experience with Shopify, landing page builders, or CRO tools • Familiarity with automation, scripts, or rule-based optimizations • Exposure to influencer-led performance or paid media synergies • Ability to contribute to agency growth through systems and process innovation Why you should join us? ● In case you value the opportunity to work on real & challenging Marketing problems ● In case you value high involvement from founders and learning from them ● In case you value having the autonomy to do things your way and not have to worry about experimental failures ● In case you care about working alongside genuine, honest peers who will have your back, no matter what ● In case you value contributing to the organisation beyond your call of duty; and getting handsomely remunerated for the extra effort ● In case you believe in always learning and want an environment which will invest into your learning for the long term ● In case you want to work on the cutting edge of marketing problems and use the most cutting tools and strategies ● In case you are looking for a place for the long term where you can keep growing with the company (our first few hires from 5-6 years back, are still with the company) Why you shouldn't join us? ● In case you are looking for a product company, ofcourse we aren't one ● In case you are looking for a very very structured corporate environment where everyone is extremely clear on their role and ONLY has to do that.
