Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bell Boy to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bell Boy or in a related field.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
