Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bell Boy to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and concerns.
Basic knowledge of hotel management principles and practices is necessary.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills are preferred.
