Job Description

A high-growth operator in the IT-enabled Customer Experience & Cloud Contact Center solutions sector, delivering voice, digital CX, and B2B support services to national and international clients. We sell service-led technology and managed solutions that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency for enterprise customers across industries.

Primary job title:

Business Development ExecutiveRole & Responsibilities
  • Own territory-based new business sourcing: identify prospects, run outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) and convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, build proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate pipeline, activity notes, forecasts and deal stages to drive predictable revenue.
  • Collaborate with delivery, operations and pre-sales teams to develop tailored proposals and ensure smooth handovers post-sale.
  • Execute account penetration and upsell plays for existing clients by mapping stakeholders and proposing value-add services.
  • Report on sales metrics and provide market feedback to refine pricing, packaging and GTM approaches.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven B2B sales experience in services or technology (on-site field/inside sales) in India with consistent quota attainment.
  • Strong experience with CRM-based pipeline management and sales reporting; comfortable maintaining disciplined activity metrics.
  • Excellent verbal communication and consultative selling ability for enterprise and mid-market stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel within India as required for client meetings and demos.

Preferred

  • Prior experience selling contact center, BPO, or SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft) or proposal tools (PandaDoc/Proposify).
