Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bar Manager to join our team at Fairmont, with 5-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily bar operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of quality and service delivery.
Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and support staff.
Analyze sales trends and market research to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of inventory management and cost control systems.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
