Job Description

Looking for a skilled KST Supervisor to join our team at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham, with 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation and plating.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform menu planning and promotions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a KST Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and manage kitchen staff.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
